How it all started...
Welcome to Grace Point Ministries
“Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through Him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” Romans 5:1-2
Grace Point was founded in 2012 be a group of people who desperately wanted to know and love Jesus deeply as we walk out the gospel in an authentic community. We are a place where broken people can find help, and people in despair can find hope.
We here at Grace Point exist to know, love, and spread Jesus Christ to all hearts both near and far as we do life together. We are passionately for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that the Gospel not only has the power to rescue and save us, but it also is our sustenance and powerfully sustains through every moment of life. We desire that on Sunday mornings, you experience this Gospel as we worship and adore Jesus. However, we do not want it to be just an experience, but that Sunday morning becomes a culminating celebration of all that Christ has done in your life throughout the week.
We want to lean on each other, love each other, and connect with each other as we navigate through the struggles of life. We will be a church that doesn’t just experience Jesus but embraces Him as we embrace and love one another. In fact, if you visit us on a Sunday morning, the one thing we want you to talk about when you leave is how you were loved…loved well.
Here at Grace Point, we also understand that the children are not the future of the church, but they are, right now, a part of the Church. As we recognize this, we desire to pour into our children. Our kids are taught, within their specific age groups, a Gospel-Centered and Gospel-saturated curriculum. We want to pour into families as we press them towards an authentic loving relationship with Jesus.
So join us on a Sunday morning as we know Jesus through the unpacking of His Scriptures, as we love Jesus through song and loving one another, and as we spread Jesus through the unashamed proclamation of His Gospel. The truth of the Gospel cuts and the grace from the Gospel mends.
